Letters to Lions

Letters to Lions is a band comprised of four dubious and emotional young men from the Southern beaches of Sydney, Australia. They will steal your attention and make you spill your drink. The guitar-driven four-piece is a concoction of swooning aggression and dance pop sensibility — and with two very distinctive fronting vocalists, the band is always taking you to new and unexpected places. The sound is unique and dynamic, their live show is breathtaking and chaotic, seeing physical energy shift back and forth between two guitarists and race around the room only to fall on the stable shoulders of that bass, always there, always behind, is quite a spectacle. The band consists of Joel Osborn (guitar/vox), Adam Newling (guitar/vox), Jackson Kent (bass) and Curtis Newbett-Hill (drums). The band released their debut EP ‘Clean Eating’ in July 2016 and is at work on its second EP. Often compared to Kings of Leon, WU LYF, Last Dinosaurs and Foals, Letters to Lions could be your new favourite indie band.
