Music is at the root of Luckystickz’s life and passion. At age eight, he got his first drum set after years of using any surface he could find to tap out a beat. From then, he continued to master his craft playing in the church. At 11 he was introduced to the steelpan through the Hamilton Youth Steel Orchestra. There, he was provided a place where he could drum, and eventually flourish into a steelpan player himself. Today, Luckystickz enjoys the best of both worlds excelling both as a drummer, and a steel-pannist (percussionist) as well as a vocalist/recording artist and songwriter. His craft has taken him all around the world, allowing him to tour in countries throughout the Caribbean, Asia, Africa & North America. Luckystickz graduated from Berklee College of Music with a bachelor’s degree in Music Business/Management. While there, he had the opportunity to perform and work with music legends such as Harry Belafonte, Brian McKnight and Chilli. Luckystickz launched his solo career releasing his lead single “Magic”, a hit off of his debut EP Every Day Battle. In 2018, he kept buzz simmering with singles “Be Mine” and “Still Love Me”.
