What Are We Looking For?

Supercrawl was founded out of a desire to showcase the city’s cultural vibrancy and eclectic arts landscape, and remains dedicated to honouring, showcasing and celebrating all varieties of creative work. Supercrawl prioritizes curating a diverse and representative festival lineup. We recognize our responsibility to amplify voices that have traditionally been marginalized, both in our community and in society as a whole.

Supercrawl’s Active Zone features immersive and interactive programming that showcases Hamilton’s amateur and professional sports organizations and community organizations. Its lineup of hands-on activities aim to promote creative movement, confide play, and physical literacy, while engaging and entertaining young people, fostering teamwork and collaboration, social development, confidence and positive self-esteem.
Festival staff are seeking expressions of interest from local sports-centred and active living organizations for consideration as featured partners in this year’s Active Zone, which is located in the heart of the festival.
