Join authors Matt Bobkin and Adam Feibel, in conversation with CFMU’s Jamie Tennant talking about their fabulous new book In Too Deep: When Canadian Punks Took Over the World. Touching on bands from Sum 41 to Avril Lavigne to Simple Plan, this book covers a fascinating piece of our music history.

Writing the City | 3:00 to 4:00 pm.

John Terpstra recently won the City of Hamilton’s Lifetime Achievement Award and has been capturing the city in his books for over 40 years, writing 14 books and gathering up awards along the way. In this wide-ranging discussion, we’ll talk about his experiences as a writer and carpenter and how Hamilton shaped his writing. Interviewed by Matthew Green.
