Supercrawl is a free annual outdoor art and music festival held in downtown Hamilton, Ontario, showcasing a diverse and dynamic lineup of music, art, fashion, performance, talks, food and fun. In 2022, Supercrawl covered 18 city blocks and attracted more than 275,000 visitors over the course of the weekend.

Supercrawl serves up an eclectic banquet of free cultural programming that always draws a crowd. The festival hosts hometown favourites and mainstays of Hamilton’s food truck scene as well as a number of prominent out-of-towners, serving up an array of culinary choices — including vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free options. In 2023, festival-goers will be able choose from 30 food and drink vendors on six city blocks as part of a vibrant urban arts festival covering two kilometres of neighbourhood streets.

One of the largest annual gatherings of food trucks in Canada, it’s a festival within a festival!

Food-lovers can step off-street to grab a bite at any of the dozens of cafés, bars and restaurants peppered in and around the festival corridor.

On top of this, Supercrawl features two spacious Collective Arts/Clifford Brewing Beer Gardens — one at the south end of the festival and another at the north — where legal-age festival-goers can quench their thirst while taking in top musical talent.

With so much on offer, you’ll need a weekend — a very full weekend —  to take it all in!
